Who we are

The Central West Concurrent Disorders Network (CW CDN) is a network of 25 organizations made up of hospitals, community mental health agencies, addiction agencies and other health and social services providers in the Central West LHIN. The network works together to ensure that an easy-to-access, coordinated, consistently delivered, efficient and effective system of services and supports exist to assist people with both mental health and substance use needs or problems, no matter where they live in the Central West LHIN.
