Welcome to the CW CDN Website

Welcome to the Central West Concurrent Disorders Network's website.  Early detection of mental health and substance use needs or problems greatly increases the chance of successful recovery.  This site provides information on what are called concurrent disorders — co-occurring mental health and substance use needs or problems — and where to get help for them within the Central West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN).

This site also provides information on the Central West Concurrent Disorders Network (CW CDN).  The CW CDN is a network of 25 organizations made up of hospitals, community mental health agencies, addiction agencies and other health and social services providers in the Central West LHIN.  Network members are working together to increase the system's capacity to better respond to the multiple needs of people with both mental health and substance use needs.

Whether you are a person living with both mental health and substance use problems, someone worried about a friend or loved one, or a service provider looking for help for a client, CW CDN members want to help.  Mental health and substance use problems are treatable.  Recovery is possible.  Please use the information on this website and contact one of the member organizations for further information.
